Presentation Guideline

• Oral Presentations
  The presentation time is 15 min without discussion and our recommendation is to have discussion using the coffee break. The speakers may use their own PC, but they are requested to ensure the connectivity between the PC and projector before their presentation.
• 5 minutes short oral presentation with posters
  Presenters who choose to present in both a short oral and a poster can deliver a 5 minute talk during the allocated session and display their poster during the poster session (Friday morning before lunch).

5 minutes short oral presentation
Presenters who choose to present a short oral only can deliver a 5 minute talk during the allocated session. Due to limitation of time slot, we recommend to have discussion during the coffee break.

• Poster presentation only
  Poster session will be 11:20-12:30 on Friday, 26th of January.
