We, organizers warmly ask all participants to arrive at the workshop venue around 5pm (Jan. 24) at the latest before reception (dinner) begin. Because the reception will be served at the different place, we will be gathering at the workshop main room and move to the place all together by bus.

General guide for Transportation

• On Jan. 24,

A bus will run from 11:30am to 4:30pm between Jeju international airport and our workshop venue (Jeju Unipark, KAL hotel).

If you miss out our bus service or you cannot make it, you can use the airport limousine 600, which is a public transportation running between Jeju airport and KAL hotel (Segwipo), 1.5 km away to our workshop venue.

• On Jan. 27,

A bus will run from the workshop venue to Jeju international airport (or Jeju city downtown) once at certain time when we check out the room and get ready.

General guide for student activity 1, 2 and 3

• When students arrive at our venue, all students will be already belonging to a team. All activities (Activity 1/2/3) will be carried out team-based.

• On the first day, students will commit a big mission after reception (dinner). After dinner, students move to a big grocery market in Seogwipo downtown by bus and are required to shop grocery stuffs and snacks for the next three days breakfast and a dinner for the second day (Jan. 25), which is Activity 1. Our organizers highly encourage that students cook some food for a dinner on the second day (which is Activity 2) and have a chance to exchange culture and to get closer between students. So, when students arrive at the venue, you might check what kind of utensils and cook equipment you have and list up what menu you can cook. (For the tip, each room has a sink, a microwave, one induction heating cooker, and a refrigerator as you can see in the picture attached below.)

  

• Activity 3-Ollegil tracking.

Jeju Ollegil tracking is one of very famous sight-seeing programs. Our workshop venue is in the middle of tracking course (Ollegil the 6th course) which is long about total 14 km. We only try a part of the course as much as we can.
